My brief Bio:

Dr. Miao Pan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and
Computer Engineering at University of Houston. He was a recipient of NSF
CAREER Award in 2014. Dr. Pan received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and
Computer Engineering from University of Florida in August 2012, under the
guidance of Prof. Yuguang Fang. Prior to that, he received his M.E. in
Electrical and Computer Engineering from Beijing University of Posts &
Telecommunications, China, in April, 2007, and B.E. in Electrical
Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, China, in August, 2004,
respectively. From January of 2007 to August of 2007, he had been working as
a research intern in NTT DOCOMO Beijing Labs.
